Announcements (December 18, 2005)

1. The two-bit collection is for Retired & Infirm Priests via the Archdiocesan Annual Appeal. We are about three thousand dollars short on our 2005 Annual Appeal Goal. Your donations will help Holy Family Parish meet its goal.

2. Thank you to all who made donations for Christmas Church decorations. It is still possible to purchase a Christmas poinsettia in memory of a loved. Please see the notice in the bulletin. Also we need volunteers to help decorate the Church on Friday, December 23, at 9:30 a.m.

3. Also as the year 2005 comes to a close we want to thank those who have pledged and contributed to our Capital Campaign. Your ongoing donations have made possible many improvements to our church, school, Ailbe House, parking lot and other parts of parish plant. In our Christmas bulletin next week, we will provide a summary of the work so far and, for those who have not yet pledged, we will offer the opportunity to make a year-end contribution, as well as a pledge for the Campaign which continues until 2008.

4. The Christmas Mass schedule is in the bulletin. Also there will be caroling in the church before the 5 p.m. and Midnight Masses. On Thursday evening and Saturday morning, from 9 to noon, there will be opportunity for Christmas confession.

5. The Guide to Narnia, as well as other booklets and pamphlets are available in the vestibule of the Church.

6. Please be sure to take home a bulletin. It contains much important information.
